An Overview of Cancer

Cancer (or carcinoma) is probably one of the most fearful diseases in the world. According to the American Cancer Society, there were almost 1.6 million new cancer cases in 2010. In another report, it was estimated that the chances of a woman getting any form of cancer in her lifetime was 1 in 3. Men fared worse, at 1 in 2. And while this is downright scary, the good news is that there are a multitude of natural therapies to not only help treat cancer, but also are probably the best forms of cancer prevention. Whether it’s nutrition, supplementation or other natural remedies, you can do your best to prevent this horrible disease before it has a chance.

Drink’s Impact on Cancer Protection
Overall, researchers have arrived at a few conclusions regarding coffee’s impact on cancer. In some cases, it doesn’t appear that coffee is any sort of risk factor for cancer. And, in one case, for a quite lethal cancer, it appears that coffee just might give you some protection.
