1. Acupuncture

Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan led to “encouraging” results used with the purpose of fixing the flow of Qi, revitalizing the kidney, and soothing the mind. Another found the remedy led to full recovery for 28 people and improvement for 13.

4. Jiao Tai

This seven-herb pill is well-known in China. One study found that, in 86 people, 25 could engage in sexual activity for longer than three minutes. Seven did so for between two and three minutes. Another 17 men lasted one to two minutes.

5. Ginseng

Look for Korean red ginseng. In a good-quality trial, men used 900 milligrams of this, three times a day, for two months. Compared to placebo, ginseng led to much greater benefits in the bedroom.

6. Massage

You will need a practitioner that understands the theories of Chinese medicine, as precise points on the body must be massaged. In one study, a practitioner massaged trigger points in several spots for 20 minutes at a time. After 10 sessions, 41 men recovered their sexual function while just three had no benefit.
