Whether the rash is caused by a dermatitis skin condition, yeast infection, ingrown hair, or improper shaving, there are natural remedies that may help relieve the symptoms and prevent the rash from spreading.

Maintaining proper hygiene during a rash outbreak is key. In addition to avoiding use of lotions, deodorants, and creams that may contain harsh chemicals to irritate skin, being mindful of the types of food you consume is also important.

Armpit rashes that do not improve over several days may require the attention of a medical professional.
